Advocacy Built on
Preparation & Trust

M and M Law Group is a personal injury law firm dedicated to the people of Glendale and the greater Los Angeles area. We built this practice around one conviction: injured people deserve serious, attentive representation — not a number in a caseload.

Who We Are

A Glendale Firm That Fights Like It Matters

M and M Law Group was founded on the belief that personal injury victims in Los Angeles deserve more than a form letter and a quick settlement offer. Insurance companies have entire legal departments designed to reduce what they pay you. We exist to counter that imbalance.

We focus exclusively on personal injury law. That focus is intentional. It means every system we have, every relationship we have built with local medical professionals and expert witnesses, and every piece of institutional knowledge we carry is directed at one goal: recovering the full value of your case.

Our clients are people from Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, and across the region who were hurt through no fault of their own and need a firm that will stand with them through the entire process — not hand them off and disappear.

Marine Davtyan, Esq.

Founding Attorney — M and M Law Group

Meet the Attorney

Marine Davtyan, Esq.

Marine Davtyan is the founder and managing attorney of M and M Law Group, where she delivers relentless advocacy for individuals facing some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Her practice covers the full spectrum of personal injury law, including:

  • Auto Accidents
  • Truck Accidents
  • Motorcycle Accidents
  • Pedestrian Accidents
  • Slip and Fall Incidents
  • Dog Bites
  • Premises Liability
  • Product Liability
  • Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries

She also handles highly complex and sensitive matters involving catastrophic injuries, elder abuse, financial abuse, and wrongful death. In every case, Marine's mission is clear: to maximize recovery for her clients while holding negligent parties fully accountable.

Marine began her legal career in insurance defense, representing leading insurance companies such as Mercury, State Farm, and Farmers in cases involving premises liability, landlord–tenant disputes, habitability claims, personal injury, and wrongful death. This experience gave her invaluable insight into how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims — knowledge she now strategically uses to gain the upper hand for her clients.

In 2023, Marine transitioned to plaintiff's personal injury law as an associate at a respected firm, where she quickly distinguished herself as a formidable advocate. She also gained experience in class and mass action litigation, expanding her ability to handle high-stakes, multi-party cases. Known for her meticulous case preparation, commanding courtroom presence, and proven track record of substantial settlements and verdicts, Marine has earned recognition as a litigator who fights tirelessly for injured clients.

Marine graduated with honors from the University of Southern California, earning a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, before obtaining her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. At Southwestern, she excelled academically and as a Moot Court finalist, honing the oral advocacy skills she continues to rely on in her trial work. During law school, she also clerked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office in the Major Crimes Division, gaining critical trial experience and reinforcing her commitment to the pursuit of justice.

Her dedication to service began early. Even before passing the bar, Marine volunteered at Bet Tzedek's Federal Tax Clinic, where she assisted underserved individuals with ITIN applications, Economic Impact Payments, and essential tax filings — an experience that underscored her lifelong commitment to helping those in need.

At M and M Law Group, Marine combines her extensive litigation background with a client-first approach to deliver exceptional results. Her ability to anticipate defense strategies, coupled with her unwavering commitment to justice, ensures that every case is positioned for the strongest possible outcome.

Our Approach

How We Work — And Why It Matters

Preparation Over Reaction

We begin building trial strategy from day one. Every piece of evidence, every expert, every deadline is managed proactively — not reactively.

Direct Attorney Access

You work directly with your attorney. Not a paralegal, not a case manager rotating through a queue. Your attorney knows your case.

Client-First Communication

We keep you informed at every stage. You will never be left wondering about your case status. That is a promise, not a policy.

Results Without Compromises

We push for the full value of every case. We do not settle early or cheaply simply because it is easier. We work until the outcome is right.

What You Can Expect

What It Means to Have Us in Your Corner

When you retain M and M Law Group, you are not entering a relationship with a firm that will hand your case to a junior staffer and send you updates every few months. You are working directly with your attorney. You will have their contact. You will have answers when you need them.

We represent clients on a contingency fee basis. That means we do not get paid unless you do. There are no upfront costs, no hidden retainer fees, and no financial risk to hiring us. We absorb the cost of building your case because we believe in what we are building.

Every client we take on gets a real strategy. We evaluate your case honestly — including where it is strong and where it faces challenges. We do not over-promise. We work to deliver.

If you were injured in Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Los Angeles, or anywhere in the surrounding region, we are ready to evaluate your situation at no cost and with no pressure. A conversation with us will cost you nothing. Not starting one might cost you everything.

Ready to Talk About Your Case?

A free consultation with Marine Davtyan, Esq. costs you nothing and obligates you to nothing. Tell us what happened — we will tell you where you stand.
